All packages are shipped within 24 hours of ordering.
All packages will ship USPS via Priority Cubiuc Mail or UPS vis UPS Ground. To keep pricing down for our customers we use 3rd party integrations to get access to commericial pricing. If USPS or UPS do not deliver in your area or need something faster, please contact us and let us know.
In the future we do hope to provide additional shipping options through the USPS Connect program that provide better economical shipping prices in Local, Regional and National areas.
We do! For those those in the Queen Creek, AZ area, feel free to select local delivery during checkout. Local deliveries will occur every Wednesday and Saturday.
We packaged all our boxes with recyclable material to ensure it arrives on your doorstep without issue. Sometimes though, our boxes get bullied by other boxes in the process. If you receive a delivery where the contents of your package is damage, contact us as soon as possible. If possible, please take pictures of the box prior to opening it or just after. Contact us to let us know the situation and we’ll work on getting it replaced for you.
